Mission: The Mission of TMMS is to create a safe and inclusive community for all stakeholders that prepare students for graduation by promoting academic success through leadership development, global awareness, social-emotional development, and 21st-century skills.

Vision: The TMMS Vision is academic excellence, social-emotional development, and personal growth for all.

 

In Pursuit of Academic Excellence

  • Intervention for struggling readers
  • Digital Literacy classes to prepare students for 21st Century learning
  • Additional math classes to boost math skills
  • Career exploration classes to get even our youngest students to think about their future
  • Sea Perch, an underwater robotics program, to develop our young engineers 
  • Positive Alternative to School Suspension (PASS) to keep students in school and teach them conflict resolution skills
  • STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) classes that focus on developing our students skills in design and coding
  • Positive Behavior Intervention Support (PBiS) program to reward our students' great behavior and recognize their efforts
  • "We the People" Congressional Simulation class to develop our young community leaders
  • A growing visual and performing arts program that includes choir, band, and drama to support our young singers, musicians, actors, and actresses
